Jes began her finance career in 2013 with renowned banks before transitioning to mortgage broking in 2017. Since then, she has flourished, specializing in first-home buyer assistance, owner-occupied loans, and investment property financing. Jes is also well-versed in personal finance, commercial lending, self-employed loans, and SMSF lending, earning her a stellar reputation in the industry. Outside of her bustling career, Jes is a devoted mom and the proud owner of a small photography business.

Meet Kirsty, our vibrant Client Support Manager at Confetti Finance! With her extensive experience across various industries, she’s the go-to person for all things client-related. Kirsty’s superpower is collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure every plan and goal hits the mark. Kirsty loves building strong, open relationships that foster great communication, shared values, and memorable client experiences. She’s always buzzing with ideas to make the client journey smoother and more enjoyable, taking the time to really understand what our clients are aiming for. As a crucial support for our Mortgage Brokers, Kirsty combines her knack for detail with a big-picture vision, creating winning strategies while delivering top-notch customer service. When she’s not at work, you’ll find Kirsty spending quality time with her partner, her three kids, and her grandchild (soon to be grandchildren!), or cheering passionately for her local football team from the sidelines.
